Started off her design career in 2009, Charmaiine has worked on both Commercial (Retail, Condominium/ Warehouse MCST), office and Residential projects (HDB, Condominiums and Landed).
​
With her vast experience and technical knowledge, she strive to manage clients expectation within their budget and work within tight timeline.
​
She has achieved a Diploma in Business Management (Retail and Travel).
Throughout her career, she has also achieved BizSafe Level 1, 2 and 3 as well as Renovation For Public Housing (BCA - HDB Registered Contractor).

What's your favourite travel destination and why?
Nepal
The slow pace on the mountains and the serenity gives one the peace and time to ponder and reflect my life and goals. A chance for me to get close to nature and appreciate life.
How would you spend your day off?
Doing nothing and catch up with sleep or cuddle up with my children on Netflix.
